PolDeck BD

PolDeck BD is a multi-layer tiled panel. The panels are made of rigid polyurethane foam, so the product has extremely good insulating and resistance properties. Another advantage is the fast installation with screws on the construction, which can be made of wood, steel or concrete.
PolDeck BD boards are designed for use in all individual home segment objects, as well as wherever the roof covering is visible and an important architectural element (eg in agricultural buildings).

Depending on the profile pattern that repeats the tile shape, the length of the ordered PolDeck BD boards is different from the typical multilayer boards (eg PolDeck TD). For PolDeck BDs, the main unit of measure is the number of modules. The cutting of the plate always takes place as shown above. Since each module is 330 mm, the total length is calculated in units of modules: Panel length = number of modules x 330 mm. Example: 30 x 330 = 9900 mm. Knowing the expected length of the coating, this can be calculated as follows (rounding to the full module): for example: 7800 mm / 330 mm = 23.63 t. 24 modules (final panel length 7920 mm).
Minimum length of PolDeck BD: 1980 mm (6 modules).
Maximum length of PolDeck BD: 11880 mm (36 modules).
